Rotaract Club of Mumbai Anchors is a community-based organization that runs on the fuel of community service. RCMA falls under the ambit of Zone 2 of the Rotaract District -3141, Mumbai.

RCMA believes that – Charity begins at home, and thus focuses on community development whilst enhancing the personal and professional development of every individual in and outside its community. RCMA molds its members into a fine and responsible citizen who acts as a promoter for social change and justice, thus serving the Mumbai community and beyond.

It’s been 8 successful years for RCMA, where it is delivered positive results with respect to the upliftment of the community owing to relentless and diligent service and even in terms of enhancement of their members by possessing perseverance and a welcoming nature.

"Rotaract" simply stands for "Rotary in Action"
Rotaract clubs bring together people ages 18 and older to ensure a consolidated exchange of ideas and innovations with distinct leaders in the community. This further leads to the development of suave leadership and refined professional skills.
Rotaract believes in this famous phrase- All work and no play makes Jack a dull boy. Thus, in addition to excelling in work and redefining personal growth, Rotaract believes in having magnanimous fun, via community service.
In communities worldwide, Rotary and Rotaract members, across the globe, work in unison possessing a high spirit and sheer commitment to take valuable actions resulting in the upliftment of the society.  From metropolitan cities to extremely remote villages, Rotaract has been there like a consolidated pillar, guiding lives and turning its dream of omnipresent development into a reality.

The theme of the year for the Rotaract Club of Mumbai Anchors is "Wings of Vision, Winds of Action" reflects the powerful synergy between foresight and effort. As Rotaractors, we dare to dream big those are our wings. But dreams alone aren't enough. It is the wind of action , our hard work, passion, and dedication that lifts those dreams into flight. Throughout this year, we commit to thinking beyond limitations, planning with clarity, and executing with courage. From community development to youth empowerment, every initiative will be guided by vision and driven by action. It’s not just about making plans — it’s about making a difference.
